RACE ITINERARY
October 27, 2009 135 mile training toss (All
birds)
This toss is for enough in advance so that you
can see how your birds are performing and give you plenty of
time to get your activation moneys in.( their will be plenty of
tosses in between to keep the birds in shape for the first race)
November 8th Basketing for 200 mile race
November 9th 200 mile race
November 14th Basketing for 250 mile race
November 15th 250 mile race
November 22nd Basketing for 300 mile race
November 23rd 300 mile race
December 10th Basketing for 350 mile race
December 12th 350 mile race
ITINERARY FOR FESTIVITIES
There will have snacks and drinks at all the
early basketing and races
December 10th basketing for the 350 food and
drinks
December 11th A.M. for anyone interested there
will be a fishing trip (with guide) Loft visits, snacks for
lunch at the race loft, for anyone who wants to hang out around
the loft, Fish Fry ( starting at 5:00 pm by the world famous
Texas Game Wardens fish frying team ) clocking from the Texas
Showdown 400 and then other activities for the evening. (
There will be shuttle bus for transportation to and from the
events)
December 12th 350 mile race release A.M. for
early risers and for late 2nd day birds there will be coffee
drinks donuts etc. and for lunch there will be some snacks at
the race loft. Dinner will be Steak & Chicken and the trimmings
with drinks. Their will be a select group of auction birds on
auction at 1:00 p.m. (They will be listed on one of the auction
site as well in advance for the public to view) clocking of the
race birds till dark and then their will be shuttles running to
the WINSTAR CASINO.
Also for all the lady's that we hope will come
there will be shopping and other event planned for you. So
please come along. (We will get and up date at a later date for
these events)
MOTEL ACCOMMODATION WILL BE POSTED AT LATER
DATE WHEN WE HAVE THEM ALL FINALIZED.
WE HOPE KNOW ONE WILL BE BORED WHILE THEY OR
HERE. SO PLAN TO COME AND STAY FOR THE LONG WEEKEND AND HAVE
SOME FUN AND FELLOWSHIP WITH YOUR FELLOW PIGEON FANCIERS.
